The inHarmony Sound Lounge soothes your busy mind and relaxes your entire body using sound frequencies.
VibroAcoustics (VAT) frequencies range between 30Hz and 720Hz which are applied directly to the entire body through a Vibroacoustic treatment table. VAT use of low frequency sound waves of specific Hz combined with the gentle vibrations result in a process. This process generates vibrations upon the muscular, skeletal and nervous system which effects organs, tissues and cells. The human body is more than 70% water. In addition, sound travels more efficiently though water than air, which explains why VAT can so efficiently access the deepest recesses of the body for safe and noninvasive healing.
VibroAcoustics (VAT) reduce stress, improve sleep, stimulate blood circulation, alleviate pain, nausea, headaches, anxiety, fatigue, depression, improve range of motion, lower blood pressure, stimulate lymphatic flow, calms the autonomic nervous system and decreases spasms and tremors (Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis).
Contraindications
- Pacemakers- because there are magnets in the transducers
- Recent surgery and/or an open wound -Vibroacoustics speeds up circulation and blood flow which aids in healing, but if you have an open sore you want it to clot).
- Deep Vein Thrombosis (or DVT).
- Seizure disorders.
- Caution with pregnancy.
